Module 6: Exercise Prescription Demonstration. Fit Flex Introduction

The flexibility assessment.

  • Feel for Range of Motion restriction or limitations.
  • Muscles: Soreness, Stiffness, Weakness, Balance, Coordination
  • Take note of Form, Precision and Speed between the movements.

To get the most value from our time during your introductory package please find 10-15 minutes every day or every other day to assist the table work by reviewing and completing the exercises on your own. 

Prescription Instructions:

  1. Review the video and then follow along. 
  2. Do the exercises in the order and sequence shown. 
  3. Minimum 1 set of 10-15 reps for each exercise. Done daily or every other day until your next scheduled session (Approximately 2 weeks).

That’s it! During the next two weeks you are laying the foundational neuromusculoskeletal reprogramming to unwind tension, identify (old) injury compensation patterns and activating Neuro Fitness. The body’s natural healing abilities. 

Remember, what you put on the inside eventually shows up on the outside, where your therapist meets you to take you further and farther than you can go on your own.
